Wow, what a time to make a zillion bucks. IT IS NOW!!! and I cannot sleep because the opportunities are EVERYWHERE! NOW IS THE TIME TO BUY, but we have to BUY SMART.



Think about it, banks are loosing money, lending less, but they are the ones who are negotiating with buyers to buy. Last time I checked, buyers were asking banks for help, but conversely, banks are negotiating short sales with buyers. Banks are taking losses, and they are as scared as a young blond in a Friday the 13th movie.



In addition, builders are throwing in many incentives for potential buyers. If I get lucky, I might be offered a gold toilet seat at a closing one day.

MAGIC OF LEADERSHIP

It has took me all these years to learn this magic of leadership. If i can simplify leadership, I would say It is not about being popular or meeting as much people as you can, or having power. It is about being a great leader, who in turn, is a great caring person.

Normal people will never rise above the croud, but truly great and caring people will always rise and take the lead, and at the same time, manage to put his followers before him.

I have managed to learn the importance of standing up and taking the lead, because it is not about me, it is about the people looking up to me.

2008 wow!!!

2008, What a wonderful year ahead. I look forward to many great things and good deeds.
Three things that I will focus on are:
1. forgiveness, because it takes too much energy to be negative and hold a grudge or negative feelings toward others.
2. generousity, because it always feels so good to give with no expectations.
2. materialism, because simplicity is fabulous, if I keep being simple as I am, materialism will not overtake me and destroy my life.
